Dott Academy was founded by Dr. Bellande Francis, a nationally recognized education consultant and transformational leader with over two decades of experience focused on improving student outcomes.

Her mission has always been to create learning environments where every child is truly seen, supported, and empowered to thrive. With a background in instructional leadership and professional development, Dr. Francis has worked with 25 school districts across 15 states, designing impactful training that pushes educators beyond traditional models. Her approach blends personalized coaching, systems thinking, and continuous feedback to spark growth in students and teachers alike.

At the heart of her work is a deep belief in the potential within every learner and school community—a belief that inspired the launch of Dott Academy in Palm Beach County. At Dott Academy, we believe education should reflect the individuality of each learner. That belief drives our innovative approach.
